Refund policy

RETURN

Our policy lasts 5 days after receipt of order.  All claims must be submitted within 5 days after receiving the goods from JOSSLYN by Wall to Wall Accessories.  Unfortunately we cannot accept refund or exchange after the 5 days.  To be eligible for a return, please email to hello@walltowallshop.com to receive return authorization and instruction on return.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  All return packages must be received by Wall to Wall Accessories within 30 days of your order's original shipment date.   20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged returned merchandise.  The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns. 

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN:

•  Preauthorization is required for all items to be returned
•  RA/RMA (return merchandise authorization) number 
•  we require a receipt or proof of purchase/original copy of invoice
•  Reason for return
•  All merchandise return must be in an original packaging

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via store credit only.   Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date not eligible for refund. JOSSLYN by Wall to Wall Accessories reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

FINAL SALE

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
